Good to know
Do I need to buy any hardware?
No. Promus runs on a spare iPad, an old phone or a laptop with a camera, microphone and speaker. Keep it plugged in by the door.
Is it private?
Promus tells visitors the chat may be saved, turns voices into text and deletes the recordings, and never uses face recognition. Customers are only remembered if they say yes, and can ask Promus to forget them anytime. Clinic mode never talks about health details.
How do customers pay?
You confirm the total and Promus sends a payment link to the customer's phone: card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (through Square). GCash, Maya and QR Ph are ready for the Philippines later.
What happens after the free trial?
Pick Pro or Business to keep everything, or stay on Free: Promus still greets visitors and alerts you, up to 100 visits a month.
Does Promus replace my staff?
It covers the moments nobody can: rush hour, after closing, a language you don't speak. You can always jump in from your phone.
